This notice explains how the personal data of visitors to alessandroiovane.it and of those who use the contact form is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.
Data controller

Data processed
The site does not require registration. The data processed is:
- Data entered in the contact form: name, company or firm, email, phone (optional), company size, indicative budget, selected need and the content of the message.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of the request. It is collected automatically by the systems that serve the site to keep it running and secure, and is not used to identify visitors.
- Aggregate, anonymous visit statistics (see the Cookie policy).
Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to:
- Reply to requests sent through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp and handle any pre-contractual stage (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Ensure the operation, security and maintenance of the site and prevent abuse, such as automated spam submissions (legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Comply with legal, accounting or tax obligations should a professional relationship follow from the request (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Provision of data
In the contact form, name, email and message are required in order to reply; the other fields are optional. Data is not used for newsletters or marketing and is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
Recipients and transfers
Data is neither disclosed nor sold to third parties. To run the site and deliver messages, the controller relies on providers acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting and delivery of the site, with nodes also in the European Union.
- Resend Inc. (USA): sending of the emails generated by the contact form, processed in the European Union region (Ireland).
- The provider of the controller’s mailbox, where received messages are stored.
- Any transfers to countries outside the EU take place on the basis of European Commission adequacy decisions (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Contact requests and related messages are kept for as long as needed to handle them and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a professional relationship follows: in that case data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law. Browsing data is kept by the hosting providers for short periods, according to their security policies.
Your rights
At any time you can exercise the rights set out in Articles 15–22 GDPR by writing to info@alessandroiovane.it:
- access to your data, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
- portability of the data you provided;
- lodging a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or the supervisory authority of your country.
